I have spent the last fifteen years building marketing organisations that operate at the intersection of technology and commercial strategy—first through digital transformation, then through AI. The thread across every role has been the same: designing systems where human judgement and machine intelligence reinforce each other.
I wrote The Agentic CMO because the transition from automation to autonomy demands a new operating model for marketing leadership. I publish Chronicles of Change each week because the pace of change requires a standing brief, not periodic updates.
